Park Maintenance Seasonal Position


The Village of Allouez Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Department is accepting applications for seasonal parks maintenance positions for the fall season.  The Department is looking for individuals that have a passion for the outdoors and willing to put in the extra effort to make the Village’s parklands and athletic facilities top notch.
 

This seasonal work is from August through October with a flexible working schedule to accommodate the needs of the Department.  The typical work week is a ten hour day, four days per week up to 40 hours.  Working responsibilities encompass all aspects of park maintenance, facility cleaning, and athletic field preparations under a variety of weather conditions.  Our starting wage is $10.50 per hour for first year employees with the ability to garner annual increases for returning team members.

2019-2020 Fall/Winter/Spring Youth Dance Programs


**Starting this year Allouez will offer 1 extended youth dance program (22 WEEKS)running through Fall, Winter, and Spring and ending with a Dance Recital!!** 

TUESDAYS: TAP & BALLET
A combination class learning both tap and ballet skills & technique, then applying those skills into routines learned to fun music. Classes begin with tap and end with ballet. A stretch session is incorporated as part of the ballet section of class.

- No class  Oct. 29, Nov. 19 & 26, Dec. 24 & 31, Jan 7, Feb. 18, March 17, & April 7
Class 1: 3-4 year olds: 5:00-5:30p.m. FEE: $128 R/$148 NR
Class 2: 3-4 year olds: 5:30-6:00p.m. FEE: $128 R/$148 NR
Class 3: 5-6 year olds: 6:05-6:50p.m. FEE: $139 R/$163 NR
Class 4: 7-12 year olds: 6:55-7:40p.m. FEE: $144 R/$168 NR
*Fees include costume fee. 

THURSDAYS: HIP-HOP/FUNK JAZZ
Jazz and Hip-Hop dance have evolved considerably over the decades. This class will teach the core steps in the foundations of the style and then apply those into routines in some of the many variations available.

2019 Fall Babysitting Class

Registration going on Now

Designed for pre-teens ready to stay home alone or for those interested in babysitting—this is a great class for participants ages 10-15. Class includes four hours of CPR instruction (American Heart Association) and four hours of home alone/babysitter safety. Babysitting portion of class is taught by other Paramedics or Nursing professors from FVTC Public Safety Division.
