No person shall park a
vehicle on any street in the Village between 2:00 a.m.
and 6:00 a.m. during the
five-month period from November 1 through March 31 of
the following year. The Village Administrator has the authority to call off or suspend the
seasonal
parking ban ordinance, weather permitting, after March 15th of any
one year.
