2022 Spring Bootcamp for Everyone


 2022 Spring sessions: 
  • Session 2: Mondays- February 21-March 14
    • Time: 5:30PM-6:10PM
  • Session 3: Mondays- March 21-April 18 (No Class April 4)
    • Time: 5:30PM-6:10PM
  • Session 4: Mondays- April 25-May 16
    • Time: 5:30PM-6:10PM

Bootcamp for Everyone is, well, a bootcamp that can be completed by everyone! Join us for a workout that will challenge you, no matter your level of fitness and/or experience, as we work through scalable total-body exercises that will have that perfect balance of heart-pumping cardio, strength, mobility and agility.  We’ll use a variety of tools and toys to round out this fun and high-energy format!  

Class is open to all fitness levels!

This class is scalable for beginner to novice.  A personal trainer will be with you guiding and assisting throughout your workout.  

Equipment needed: Please bring a mat for any floor work, sweat towel, fitness clothes/shoes, and water.

Equipment will be provided, but if you are welcome to bring any weights, band, or tubes from home that you may be used to using and would like to learn more exercises for.

These classes will be hosted by Heather Trevarthen, owner of Ellipse Fitness for the past 13 years. As a long-time certified personal and group fitness trainer, she has worked with almost every fitness level, body type, and limitation. She would love to help get you moving well and feeling better!
