2018 Youth Enrichment Summer Camps

Village of Allouez is happy to announce new youth enrichment programs to be offered this summer.
With the help of the Youth Enrichment League and Village of Bellevue the Village of Allouez will offer 5 unique youth summer camps:
Varsity Builders Camp: July 23-26
Students build a robotic DogBot, a motorized BugBot, geared up Racer and a scary Bat...all challenging for any connoisseur of LEGO® bricks. Students then use these projects (and more) to investigate engineering concepts. We keep it fun too with open ended, creative projects for the students. Unshackle the ball and chain of summer brain drain. Sign up today. Visit YouthEnrichmentLeague.com for sample pictures and more details. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies which does not sponsor, authorize or endorse this site or program.
Time: 9:00am-12:00pm
Ages: 7-12
FEE: $89
LOCATION: Bellevue Community Center (1811 Allouez Ave)

Extreme Mobile Electronix Camp: August 6-9
Create a mobile juggernaut equipped with disc shooter, sirens, flashing lights and voice recorder. Make and take home your very own electric vehicle. In this Youth Enrichment League (YEL) electronics class, students will build 20-30 projects over the course of the session and use those projects to explore basic aspects of electricity, including measuring ohms, amps, voltage, open and closed circuits and more. Safety is our first rule. We will only use DC current (batteries). No AC current (electric outlets) will be used. We put the AMP into summer camp!
Time: 9:00am-12:00pm
Ages: 7-12
FEE: $105
*Fee includes $20 materials fee.
LOCATION: Bellevue Community Center (1811 Allouez Ave)
