Registration for all trips can be completed:

• Online
• Visit: https://allouez.recdesk.com/Community/Program?category=11
• Follow instructions to register for the trip.
• In person
• Complete trip registration form (download off website or pick-up at office) 
• Stop in to Village Hall (1900 Libal St.) during business hours (M-F 7:30am-4pm) and register.
• By Mail
• Complete trip registration form (download off website or pick-up at office) 
• Mail completed registration form along with payment to Allouez Village Hall (1900 Libal St.)
• Drop-Off
• Complete trip registration form (download off website or pick-up at office)
• Place completed registration form and payment in an envelope and place in yellow drop box outside Allouez Village Hall (1900 Libal St.)
  

Downtown Chicago Trip- Saturday, November 13 (click link above to register)   Date: Saturday, November 13 Description: Chicago has long been a premiere shopping destination. From major department stores like Neiman Marcus, Saks & Bloomingdales to specialty shops and boutiques such as Under Armour, Lululemon, American Girl Place, The LEGO Store, Niketown, & the Disney store, as well as fabulous shopping the city boasts a vibrant retail and restaurant scene that caters to the need of every shopper/diner.  Not into shopping, enjoy one of the many attractions at Navy Pier or one of the museums at the lakefront Museum Campus by way of bus, taxi or Uber! Departure: 6:30am from Sam's Club (2470 W. Mason) Return: 10:00/10:30pm Fee: $48 per person Deadline: 10/28/2021 *COVID: All CDC and local COVID guidelines will be followed by participants. More information on requirements will be sent prior to the trip
